A hosted LLM is optional. This page gives a structured workflow admins can extend via settings.

1. Search or browse the catalog.
2. For custom lots or pricing, open an RFQ with specs, quantity, and delivery window.
3. Message suppliers from product pages or the inbox.
4. Compare shortlisted items, then check out when payment and shipping terms are clear.

Admins: edit policy.sourcing_assistant under Settings to replace this default checklist.
